HOW IT WORKS
The LA PEAU SKIN LAB Facial Club Membership is a one-year package paid in full upfront, created to support consistent, monthly skin care.
- Includes 12 facials (one per month)
- Plus 1 complimentary birthday facial (free during your birthday month): that’s 13 total facials included in your membership.
Pauses / Deferrals
We understand life gets busy. You may pause (defer) your membership up to two (2) times per year, for one month at a time. During a pause month:
- Your membership remains active and in good standing
- That month’s facial is deferred. Clients will still receive the 12 facials they paid for, just over a 13 or 14 month period.
Important Notes
- Your membership is prepaid and the total cost does not change, even if you pause.
- Facials are intended to be used monthly and do not roll over to the following month if unused.

Q: When does my membership start?
A: Your membership begins on the date of your first payment. After that, billing reoccurs monthly.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership?
A: Yes! You may request to pause your membership for up to 2 cycles with 14 days advanced notice. To cancel, please contact us before your next billing date.

Q: Do membership treatments roll over if unused?
A: No — unused benefits expire at the end of each month. This encourages consistency and ensures availability for all members.

Q: Can I upgrade or switch plans?
A: Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect the next billing cycle.

A: Products are not included in your monthly benefit but are available at your discounted member price.
