Forma is a non-invasive skin tightening procedure that uses radio frequency energy to heat and stimulate collagen production in the skin. Targeting deep layers of the skin, this procedure helps reduce signs of aging around the eye by lifting, tightening and contouring the peri-orbital skin. Forma-I is also optimal and approved for dry eye disease-by using heat, the oil glands in the lid margins become unclogged, which improves the quality of natural tears to maximize overall comfort. Forma is safe on all skin types.

Procedure
Our medical aesthetician will first prepare your skin for treatment. During your procedure our medical aesthetician will apply an ultrasound gel to help the device glide across your skin surface. There will be a wand that radiates heat, which will be used across your problem area.
Results
With just one session, results can last for a few weeks. Depending on your goal, it might be best to do multiple sessions (6-8). Our medical aesthetician will advise you on expectations and results for your skin type.
